Ava didn't sleep all afternoon and she fell asleep on the way home - I thought it was so cute the way she was asleep and still holding onto her rattle!!!

Even though she isn't looking at me, I wanted to use this as today's picture to document Ava's first trip to Wal-Mart. Yes, it has taken us this long to take her there. She's been plenty of other places, just not here. She wouldn't look at me because we took her to the toy aisle! She didn't get anything but she enjoyed looking.

One of my favorite times of the day is when I go get Ava out of bed in the morning. I love watching her sleepy eyes slowly opening and and how when she finally gets them open and realizes I'm there, she smiles so big! It's a great way to start the day!

Ok, so seriously - I know this picture quality isn't great, but Oh.My.Goodness! We came out of Holy Thursday Mass and this van pulled up across the street!! What in the world!! My grandma asked me if I thought there was a body in there! :)

Ava trying out her booster seat today! This was a baby gift from another one of my aunts. We got it out today and I can tell it is going to be wonderful!!! We usually get some of these types of pictures before a good one. Cute face, huh?

Ava won't be still when she's laying on her changing pad anymore. She usually flips over in about 2 seconds. It makes changing her diaper a huge challenge!

Whenever we hold out toys to Ava, she always goes for them with her left hand first. We wonder if this means she is going to be a lefty!
